Sometimes a sweet line of fabric comes along and you can’t help but find a project that uses ALL.THE.FABRIC. You know what I mean? When there are too many fun prints and colors to choose from, so you take as many SKUs as they’ll throw at you and make them into one gorgeous outfit.
Today is my stop on the Enchanted Blog Tour, and I have the best pattern for when you are indecisive when it comes to fabric selection. is one of our fun dress patterns, and I’ve modified it a bit here, so all you see are the gorgeous prints coming through.
Enchanted is a new line from designed by Dodi Poulsen of Two Sisters at Squirrel Hollow and . It combines come of my favorite prints, like dots and plaids, and mixes them with florals in white, mint, pink, and various shades of blue.
I edited the Stella pattern by omitting the ruffles that would normally be on the big blue floral panel. This saves on fabric and time, and also lets the print shine when you need it to! I also adjusted made a ruched panel straight. This is currently one of our paper patterns that has 2 gorgeous views, plus a skirt option. Sometime this spring I’m hoping to add this to our PDF collection as well.
I hated to cover-up this cute dress with a jacket, but we had to keep my model warm. Guess I should work on some sleeve options for this cutie, too! I know we’ll get lots of wear out of this dress as Spring and Summer start to warm things up in my part of the world.
Ahhh! I always love a nice bow on a dress! It just adds that perfect touch!
Thanks for stopping by! Make sure to head over to where you can enter to win a bundle of Enchanted, as well as catch other stops along the tour!

Thanks, Janet! I usually make headbands out of scraps, but this one was made from different trims I had that happened to match. I braided them together and stitched the ends closed. It turned out pretty cute, if I do say so myself! 😉
